Where We Ship
We currently ship across Canada — to every province and territory. We don't yet offer international shipping, but we're working on it. Check back soon for updates.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation right away, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking once your package is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $35 CAD (before tax). Orders under $35 are charged a flat shipping rate, calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on where you're located in Canada. Deliveries to more remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link so you can follow its journey right to your door.

Shipping Delays
We do everything we can to get your order to you on time, but delays can occasionally happen due to weather, carrier volume, or other events outside our control. Thank you for your patience — we're always happy to help track down a delayed package.

Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but it hasn't arrived, or it arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Order Cancellations & Changes
Changed your mind or need to update your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so once an order has shipped we're no longer able to cancel or change it — you're welcome to arrange a return instead, per our policy below.

Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We want you to love your MADAK scalp scrubber. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange — no complicated hoops to jump through.

Return Eligibility & Condition
To qualify for our 30-day guarantee, contact us within 30 days of delivery to start your return. As a personal-care item, we ask that products be returned clean and in like-new condition wherever possible, ideally with the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, final sale items, and products marked as clearance are not eligible for return or refund. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just reach out — we're happy to check for you.

How to Start a Return
Email us at Madak@madak.ca or use our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. We'll walk you through the next steps and provide a return address if needed.

Exchanges
Prefer a different colour instead of a refund? Let us know when you start your return and we'll arrange an exchange for another available Silicone Scalp Scrubber colour, subject to stock.
REFUNDS

Refund Processing & Timeframe
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, though your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post it.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility, except where the return is due to our error or a defective product — in those cases, we'll cover the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items on Arrival
If your MADAK scrubber arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund — no return shipping required.
